The DELTA 60 combines a fully CNC machined aluminium housing with a precision-machined titanium sheave to achieve the ideal balance between weight, stiffness, durability, and extreme load capacity.

This results in incredibly smooth operation and maximum efficiency even under the immense sheet and control line loads found on modern Grand Prix yachts.
TiN-Coated Titanium Sheave
The titanium sheave is finished with a Titanium Nitride (TiN) coating — the same advanced surface treatment used on premium industrial cutting tools and the world’s highest-performance drill bits.
The TiN coating dramatically improves:
